Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions or concerns about equipment and services. Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the facility clean, including wiping down machines, folding tables, and seating areas; take out trash; and ensure restrooms are well-maintained. Machine Monitoring: Inspect washers, dryers, and vending machines to ensure they are functioning properly. Report issues to management promptly. Laundry Services: Handle drop-off wash-and-fold orders, including washing, drying, and folding according to customer preferences.
