Location: This position will work in a hybrid model with both work from home (remote) days each Monday & Friday, as well as on-site days at the West Des Moines, IA office each Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Zirous offers a flexible schedule so that you can work to meet clients needs and your personal needs. On-site days as described will be required for this role, local candidates within the Des Moines, IA metro will be given priority. What you'd be doing: Work on a variety of client projects as a full-time employee of Zirous - length of projects and types of client industries will vary. Research and development of applications to support client projects. Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project implementation. Provide expert and specialized hands-on technical support, consultation and coaching to clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or in a related field or equivalent work experience. Sound fundamentals of object-oriented programming. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex technological concepts to fellow developers and translate for non-technical individuals. You are adept at navigating technical conversations with both team members and clients alike. 1 - 5 years of experience with any of the following technologies: Java Javascript Python Oracle APEX C C# R SAS Git PHP React Angular HTML CSS MS SQL Server SQL PL/SQL Unity VBA Don't have all of the experience or skills? Land Development Analyst
LGI Homes is seeking a Land Development Analyst at our Corporate Headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. We are seeking professionals who are self-motivated and eager to dive in to the LGI Homes system and culture. The Land Development Analyst supports multi-million dollar development deals across the Houston Metro Area and manages the financial and administrative aspects of land development projects. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project budgets, updating them monthly, and ensuring accurate cash-flow projections. The analyst reviews lot inventories monthly with the Finance Department, supports the quarterly review of development budgets with the CFO and Finance team, and processes invoices to ensure timely payments. In addition to financial oversight, the analyst works with the acquisitions team to secure engineering plans, approvals, and permits before land closings and site development.
