You will be using a company vehicle and traveling to students in Santa Cruz County and teaching all necessary driving techniques while they are behind the wheel. Each lesson is 2hrs long. You must be patient, friendly and a qualified good driver with excellent driving practices ***This position requires a specific California DMV Driving Instructor License. Requirements: - Must be 25 years or older with clean record and clean driving record. Thorough background checks will be conducted! - Valid driver's license and willingness to become a licensed DMV Instructor (all training/certifications paid for by Sterling) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience and ability to remain calm in any situation. - Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring preferred. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Location: Santa Cruz County.
