Position Overview: The Project Manager for our Lafayette, Indiana Building Group will manage the project team.  Projects may vary between private and public owners, as well as a variety of delivery methods such as lump sum, negotiated and design build work. This position is a managerial position responsible for managing projects and leading a team. Assigned Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of the construction contract(s) and/or work orders Supervisory responsibility for project team assigned to contract(s) and/or work orders. Collaborate with other Project Manager(s) in the office, as necessary. Collaborate and monitor Superintendent(s) performance on contracts and/or work orders. Create and collaborate on work proposals. Negotiate financial disputes and change orders with owners. Administrative point of contact for the owner Understand details of project scope of work Create and maintain project cost reports. Document and negotiate changes that may affect project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners. Develop field quality assurance and quality control plan with Superintendent. Collaboration of project safety plan with Superintendent(s) Responsible for managing MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements. Requirements B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and / or 5-10 years of construction experience.  Minimum of 5 years managing construction projects Experience managing Job Order Contract projects preferred. We are looking for a dedicated Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Driver to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our products to retail locations. As a DSD driver, you will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading products, as well as providing excellent customer service. You’ll be the face of the company at each location, working directly with store personnel to maintain relationships and ensure product availability. Primary Route would be located in primarily in East Bay. We will be able to train, to guide you through the delivery process. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a delivery truck to transport products to assigned stores. Load and unload products at retail locations, ensuring accurate delivery. Verify delivery quantities and product quality at each stop. Maintain accurate delivery records, including invoices and receipts. Communicate effectively with store managers and team members. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Provide outstanding customer service to clients while ensuring satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Qualifications: Valid California state license. Clean driving record i.e (no points on driving record) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Swansons Cleaners is currently hiring and training full-time and part-time customer service associates. Store hours are Mon-Fri 10:00a - 6:00p and Sat 10:00a - 3:00p (closed Sundays).
