Looking to hire residential groundskeeper maintenance caretaker (cromwell, in)

Looking for full time groundskeeper and maintenance caretaker for our residential home. Daily duties would include yard and landscape maintenance, year round pool maintenance, interior and exterior maintenance. Many other misc things to do such as: Painting Basic electrical Basic plumbing Window cleaning Occasional interior cleaning Garage cleaning Weed and landscape maintenance Basic construction repair and or installation (doors, windows, trim, sheetrock etc) Special construction projects (occasionally) Pool maintenance and cleaning upkeeping $25/hr paid in cash (full time $50,000-$70,000 yearly) Mon-Fri and occasional Saturday optional Would like previous experience with electrical and plumbing, some construction and good common sense. Not be afraid or to good to pull weeds occasionally. As far as swimming pool maintenance, that and a few other things can be learned along the way.

Under general supervision of the Operations Manager/Project Manager, Field Technician will repair foundations and apply epoxy, waterproofing, sealant, or other liquid products both on horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. Build, train, supervise and mentor front line field employees to engage them in a fast paced, productive, and fun work environment. Field Technician will apply their skills as necessary to perform quality work on time and at or under budget. Duties and Responsibilities • Construction Industry experience is preferred. • Knowledge of foundation repair and applying surface coatings is preferred • Experience in grinding concrete, cutting concrete, and breaking concrete a plus. • Install epoxies and other liquid products on foundation walls, floors, and other larger flat surfaces. • Climb ladders, dig using hand tools and mini excavator, and haul material. • Painting, paint prep including sanding, caulking, and priming. • Work in confined areas such as crawl spaces. • Operate paint pumps. • Basic carpentry for forms and finishing. • Communicate with the Project Manager on progress at the job site. • Keep clean and organized job sites. • Maintain good working relationships with all company employees. Safety and Requirements • Keep all job sites clean and in order. • Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures. • Valid State issued driver’s license and use of vehicle to arrive at office.
