Job Summary: We’re seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor with direct field experience in residential foundation repair and structural work. You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. Perform embroidery on caps, ensuring designs are aligned, stitched cleanly, and meet quality standards. Apply transfers to hats and apparel using appropriate techniques and equipment. Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain superior workmanship. Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
