MAINTENANCE TECH / HANDYMAN Facilities Maintenance person needed with light plumbing, light electrical and general handyman experience. Must have your own tools and reliable vehicle for 1 - 4 work orders per day for commercial clients in the LA and surrounding areas. Please note that work orders can be at different locations each day. Must have knowledge of Apps and how to download and utilize their functions. We pay an hourly wage, travel time between jobs and mileage. Important to Note: Only ANDROID phones work with our client Apps. Iphones are not compatible.
