Key attributes for all positions. - Shows up on time, clean and sober. - must have reliable transportation and basic tools. We primarily work in the northland. - must communicate well and responsibly with the whole team and especially me, the owner. - being mindful and respectful to everyone on the team and customer. We like to joke around and poke fun but being disrespectful isn’t tolerated! - Safety first mindset. No stupid human tricks please. - Don’t check your phone every 3 minutes- you need to focus on what we hired you for. A few smoke breaks a day is fine. Several smoke breaks per hour won’t work for us!! - Must be able to lift heavy stuff- bags of concrete and boxes of tile etc. You will develop calluses on your hands if you don’t have them already. Must we comfortable on a ladder. - Must be eager and show initiative. Position: Helper/apprentice and skilled installer. Pay depends on experience. Veterans encouraged to apply.
