Key Responsibilities Operate post bed and industrial sewing machines to attach woven labels to shirts and patches to hats with accuracy and efficiency. Perform embroidery on caps, ensuring designs are aligned, stitched cleanly, and meet quality standards. Apply transfers to hats and apparel using appropriate techniques and equipment. Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain superior workmanship. Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
