The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with embroidery techniques and industrial machinery, ensuring high-quality application of labels, patches, and transfers to various garments. This role is perfect for someone passionate about craftsmanship and precision in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate post bed and industrial sewing machines to attach woven labels to shirts and patches to hats with accuracy and efficiency. Perform embroidery on caps, ensuring designs are aligned, stitched cleanly, and meet quality standards. Apply transfers to hats and apparel using appropriate techniques and equipment. Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain superior workmanship. Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and handle custom orders as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in embroidery and garment customization, with a strong portfolio or references demonstrating similar work. In-depth knowledge of operating post bed sewing machines and industrial sewing machines. Familiarity with attaching woven labels, patches, and transfers to various fabrics and apparel items. Ability to read and interpret design specifications, patterns, and work orders. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs). Technical training in sewing or embroidery is a plus. Reliable, with a commitment to quality and teamwork.
