Most work is done in the Conejo Valley. • We primarily do straight painting -- but if you have experience with lacquer, custom staining and fine finishing we want to talk to you. • Must be able to speak English • You must have a valid SS # and I.D. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew on structural and foundation repair projects while planning daily tasks, assigning responsibilities, and managing overall jobsite workflow. You will interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and scope documents, as well as coordinate material, labor, and equipment needs to keep projects running smoothly. A key part of the role includes ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and OSHA compliance is maintained. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, maintaining daily field reports, and communicating effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients.
