ABOUT US: Common Variety is a new day time cafe + market opening in Montague, MA in fall 2025. We focus on local, seasonal cooking and feature baked goods, breads, sandwiches, salads, soups and some prepared foods LINE COOK $18-$22/hr depending on experience : We are seeking a line cook who will focus on producing our made to order breakfast and lunch menu of sandwiches, salads, soups as well as some prepared foods for our grab and go case. RESPONSIBILITIES: Executing station set up to prepare for made to order service Executing prep list and all prep associated with station Executing service on station Processing seasonal produce Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries Ensure that all areas are clean and health department compliant BAKER $18-$22/hr depending on experience: We are seeking a baker who will focus on the production of our daily pastries and bread. Each snack bar features a hot box for breakfast and lunch sandwiches and prepares one daily lunch special. We also manage approximately seven vending machines in each building where the snack bars are located.
