Available to move in now is a private bedroom in a 3 bedroom, upper (2nd floor) apartment. The private room is off the living room, and the apartment will be shared with three other housemates. The apartment is spacious with a central hallway-it is not a shotgun. The kitchen comes with a fridge, and gas stove/oven. A washer and dryer is provided in the shed in the large, fenced backyard. A private driveway provides off-street parking. Window units, gas heaters and ceiling fans keep things comfortable. Utilities will be split evenly and billed monthly. There are currently no pets: a small dog would be welcomed but no cats please, as one housemate is allergic. Close and convenient to local businesses, universities and interstates.
