We are a growing producer of wood pallets and recycled pallets with three facilities in St. Paul, Maple Grove and Rogers. Our facilities run on electric motors, hydraulics and pneumatic machines and we are looking for a motived maintenance professional to assist with the maintenance of the facility as well as the equipment. Applicants must have solid experience and knowledge of these kind of systems and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot. Additional experience in forklift, compressor and preventative maintenance programs is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a rotating swing shift schedule, including afternoons, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Proper attendance and reliability are a must. WHAT YOU WILL DO. • Operate wood and gas boilers to maintain consistent steam pressure. • Perform routine maintenance like greasing bearings, checking belts, and removing ash. • Test water chemistry and apply treatment within specifications. • Assist with kiln startup, conditioning, and monitoring. • Operate equipment such as forklifts, loaders, and lifts (including safety checks). • Perform fire, electrical, and security watches—especially during off-hours. • Help with seasonal snow removal and sawmill chip handling. • Monitor fire suppression systems and document inspections. • Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
