Develop project schedules, timelines, and milestones. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution. Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders regularly. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Procore, BuilderTrend, Fieldwire, etc.). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and/or project management. The position of Assistant Project Manager is responsible for providing a high level of coordination support in a variety of areas, partnering with construction project management and field staff. Assist with managing all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and project meeting minutes. Assist with supervision and directing project activities as assigned by the PM including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc. Assist with the maintenance of all change order, submittal and document control logs within Viewpoint. The preferred candidate would be local to the Greater Philadelphia area and able to travel into the office 3 days a week. This individual will be a member of IT Help Desk Team and ensure systems are operational, configured appropriately and performing correctly. Responsibilities: Server operations: Measure the power and performance of various server platforms including both internal and competitive systems. Responsible for server assembly, operation, SW installation and debug/repair of hardware. Setup, configure, run maintenance, and lifecycle of Storage and Data Backup solutions. Patch management testing and coordination including development and testing security patch packages. Participate in technical on-call rotation.
