Qualifications: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 4 years of experience in financial aid administration, including leadership and compliance oversight. - In-depth knowledge of Title IV funding, FAFSA processing, and Department of Education systems (e.g., COD, NSLDS). - Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide a diverse student population. - Experience in a career college or vocational training environment is preferred.
