Professional 1989 Custom Deluxe Deering Banjo made in Lemon Grove, California finished in hot green nitrocellulose. The banjo plays amazing with a low-action set-up, custom tailpiece and half-moon bridge. It has plenty of volume and will cut through with power, clarity and excellent intonation. It has a big, fat, traditional banjo sound and the head has been tuned. It has railroad spikes already professionally installed at the 7th and 9th frets. The Deering tone ring and pot are powerful and definitely have some weight like all professional banjos. It comes with its older sturdy Deering case which is in good shape for 35 years old.
