Production Software Development: Build and maintain production-grade software applications on Linux-based edge devices, including AI inference pipelines, image processing workflows, and system monitoring solutions. Reliable Operations Management: Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, alerting, and error recovery systems to ensure high availability and reliability of deployed AI systems in industrial manufacturing environments. Vision System Integration: Develop software interfaces for AI vision systems addressing manufacturing quality control, productivity optimization, safety monitoring, and equipment uptime challenges. Data Platform Development: Contribute to building AI-powered platforms that provide data analysis for connected facility operations, including data collection, processing, and analytics pipelines. IoT & Fleet Management: Build and support device management systems for on-premise AI deployments, including remote monitoring, configuration management, and fleet-wide software orchestration across manufacturing sites. OTA Deployment Systems: Design and implement over-the-air software update mechanisms for distributed on-premise devices, ensuring safe and reliable remote updates with minimal production disruption. Industrial Integration: Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate AI applications with PLCs, existing industrial automation infrastructure, and manufacturing execution systems. Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize software performance for resource-constrained edge environments and real-time processing requirements in manufacturing settings. You will design, install, and integrate machine vision systems from the ground up — enabling manufacturers to identify defects (like imperfect chocolate bars) and optimize operations using Maneva's technology. From vision setup to PLC integration, from wiring to network configuration, you will make our AI come alive on the line.  This role blends deep technical execution, customer interaction, and project leadership. LOCATION AREA: Uptown Denver (Near Benedict Fountain Park) SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Availability for on-call emergencies SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of General Manager, the Building Engineer will be responsible for delivering and maintaining all facilities of a residential high-rise building. The primary expectation for this role is to maintain and preserve the life of all common area equipment, both interior and exterior, while ensuring compliance with all City, County, State, OSHA, and governmental regulations. ROLE: · Manage the engineering and maintenance of a residential facility, including common areas, amenity spaces, and parking garage. · Conduct quarterly cost analyses for maintenance items, including filters, belts, valves, and parts. · Perform efficiency analysis and energy savings audits quarterly. · Create, execute, and maintain an automated preventative maintenance program for all building components. · Implement and maintain all required maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as directed by GM and VP of Risk Management. · Coordinate, maintain, and keep current all inspections for building components. · Supervise the maintenance team, contractors, and any other departments as assigned by the GM, ensuring excellence in job performance through training. · Build and maintain strong relationships with outside vendors. · Coordinate contracted services and repairs in conjunction with the GM. · Maintain complete and accurate records of all maintenance requests submitted, commented on, and completed. · Available for on-call emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. · Ensure all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing assigned duties. · Competent in addressing water-based/plumbing emergencies (Note: This role does not perform non-emergency plumbing repairs). · Willing and able to perform minor work including painting, cosmetic repairs, light fixture installations, damper actuators, etc. · Exhibit good communication skills with the team, management, and association owners to support the community. Purpose: Support the Design/Build team by implementing CAD workflows, conducting site inventory and analysis, preparing comprehensive estimates including material takeoffs and labor costs, and participating in initial sales training to assist in client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Use CAD software (entry-level proficiency) to support landscape design implementation, site inventory, and analysis under supervision.
