Scheduling Case Manager Position: Legal services company is in need of an administrative support candidate. We are rapidly growing and need someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, and friendly to join our team. PLEASE DO NOT apply if you do not have a degree yet. Also, please include a cover letter and resume when applying. We are looking for someone to schedule and manage appointments between our various clients. This candidate will have to be extremely detail-oriented, readily available by phone and email (during designated hours) and friendly. This candidate will also assist with providing coverage in other areas as needed. Responsibilities: - schedule appointments between several different parties, follow up and send reminders leading up to the appointments - following up on documents via email from clients and sharing files - gain working knowledge of company procedures, as to better assist our staff with basic clerical duties, and providing coverage in other areas as needed -able to work in fast fast-paced environment, staying organized Requirements: - BA degree - Computer capable of running office software - Basic knowledge of outlook, google, MS office, scheduling appointments, etc. - Excellent communication skills - Detail oriented - Punctuality (as it pertains to deadlines) - Friendly -Organized -Must reside in either Texas, Tennessee, California, Nevada or Wisconsin Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 per hour Work Location: Fully Remote Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift 8AM-5PM PST Monday to Friday

The senior Risk Manager assumes broad responsibilities, overseeing the Residential division's comprehensive insurance and risk management programs, communicating with legal teams, and assessing and identifying risks that could impede the organization's reputation, safety, or security. Responsibilities Work alongside the Residential Operational Leadership Team to provide risk management analysis and integration into all facets of business operations Provide case management, claims monitoring, communication, research, and coordination with internal and external parties including reporting and memorandums to General Counsel, briefings with assigned external counsel and internal operations teams Assist in preparation and review of legal documents Communicate with clients and adjusters Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis on a risk management specialty 5+ years of relevant Paralegal experience Strong understanding of policies and best practices of risk management Strong organizational project management skills Ability to think independently and critically, analyze and solve problems, and successfully implement solutions Strong interpersonal skills with high proficiency in written and verbal communication Experience in insurance claims management direct to carrier/Broker Multi-family CRE or similar background a plus Candidates must be able to work a 4 day/week in-office schedule. This can be in either office. There is flexibility as to what day is worked remotely. Down the line, there *could* be a possibility of 3 days in-office/2 days remote. It is 40 hours/week.
