The Role We're on the lookout for energetic, passionate individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates in our dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operations, involving sorting, processing, and the efficient handling of electronic waste. By joining us, you'll play a direct part in creating a positive environmental impact, supporting our mission to recycle and manage e-waste sustainably. Your Impact Efficiently load and unload products, ensuring safe handling of all items. Sort, process, and package products with attention to detail, readying them for their next journey. Utilize our internal software for meticulous documentation of shipping and receiving. Collaborate across departments to support our collective mission, preparing and organizing necessary materials. Meet daily production targets, contributing to our goals of efficiency and environmental responsibility. Adhere to safety standards, maintaining a clean and secure work environment. Mentor new team members, spreading knowledge and fostering a culture of growth and learning. Who You Are Experienced in warehouse operations, with a keen ability to handle goods carefully and efficiently. Adept at using computers for basic data entry, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory. A collaborative team member, eager to learn and contribute to our collective success. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., embodying the strength needed to drive change.
