Looking to relocate? Seeking an on-site manager TEAM to manage a community in the Bremerton Area. The Property Manager(s) will have the responsibility of managing the day-to-day operations. Tasks include but not limited to collecting rent, screening prospective residents, enforcing rules & regulations, as well as fostering resident relations. Candidate(s) will have the ability to work with a wide range of people, serve as role models for the residents, make decisions, be diligent within the community and be trustworthy.
