Killer Rehearsal Space – Sunday Nights Available (Greenpoint / Williamsburg)

Looking for a band to rent at our shared rehearsal space (Sunday nights after 5pm) on a monthly basis. It's a great setup and you would be sharing the room with a few other bands who are considerate, responsible, trustworthy people. Rent is $175 for the full night slot during the week, 4x per month. There is a shared drum kit, bass amp and PA. The room sounds great and is perfect for a 3 piece but can fit 4. Please reach out with any questions. CURRENTLY AVAILABLE: Sunday Nights – After 5pm ($165 per month) During the Day: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri – Before 5pm ($80 per day) RENT: Sunday night is $175 total per month. The day slots during week are $80 each but if you would like more than one day there is flexibility . THE ROOM: 11x13 sq ft and is perfect for a 3 or 4 piece. The room sounds great. The building is clean, safe, secure and has all the amenities: Bathroom, Heat, AC, and 24 hour access. EQUIPMENT: There is a shared drum kit, bass amp, and PA.
