Responsibilities: • Sort, process, consolidate, triage, organize, route, palletize, and package both incoming and outgoing asset materials • Quickly diagnose, identify issues, and capture computer hardware or relevant devices information • Follow strict data sanitization and destruction procedures when processing data-bearing assets • Label, log, and document on all assets moving in and out in the area • Inventory products at designated area, organize, and maintain shelf life • Meet or exceed monthly goals and understand the nuanced requirements, deadlines and due dates between each order’s requirement • Ensure a safe and secure working environment • Manage and organize workstation, equipment, staging area and parts area • Research on product value • Handle goods and equipment properly to avoid damage or breakage • Maintain clean and safe housekeeping in and around warehouse • Assist in job training to new staff, participants, volunteers, and clients • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • AS degree or 2 years of related jobs experiences working in a warehouse environment • Familiarity with a wide variety computer hardware components and operating systems • Understand the up-to-date computer hardware components verse older generations • Push or pull heavy objects into position using pallet jacks or other moving carts • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing workload • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Server and Networking equipment experience a plus • Microsoft, A+, N+ certifications a plus This position reports to ITAD Supervisor Email: jobs@cews.com your resume and ensure to include [HAYWARD] in your email title

The Assistant Project Manager leads work alongside our Project Operations and Field Management to foster great client relationships, develop our employees, and oversee the safe construction of high quality, profitable, and on schedule projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead by example in adherence to Quality and Safety Programs Communicate productively with clients’ regarding overall project status updates as needed with assistance from PM Comfortable leading Internal, Client and Subcontractor meetings, providing meeting minutes and follow ups as needed Familiarize themselves with all requirements and exhibits of the EPC contracts Maintain internal trackers for quantity and production tracking Assist PM with all necessary finance functions such as: client billings, project forecasting, risk analysis, vendor/subcontractor payments, change management, and self perform analysis. Participate in CPM schedule reviews and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of all milestones. Collaborate with project controls to identify critical paths, flag delays, and adjust resources. Assist PM in procurement process, scoping, and contracting of subcontractors and vendors. Responsible for management of subcontractors and vendors, including but not limited to; contract management, change management, notifications regarding Quality or EHS deficiencies and weekly subcontractor meetings. We’re looking for an IT Operations Manager to own and scale our IT function. This is a hands-on role today: you’ll manage devices, support employees, maintain on-prem equipment, and build out the internal cloud infrastructure that powers our business. As the company grows, you’ll take on a more strategic role — setting the IT roadmap, managing vendors, and building an IT team. You’ll collaborate closely with our Cloud/SecOps team: aligning on security, integrations, and shared infrastructure, while owning the operations, employee-facing cloud systems, and support side of IT.
