Respond to staffing issues, such as call-offs, and facilitate immediate solutions including coverage or schedule adjustments. Ensure that all personnel maintain valid licenses and certifications. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous development. Represent the values and culture of the client environment while ensuring alignment with Joffe’s standards.
