In the loft, I have my two lovely cats, and I am the leaseholder. I am subletting one bedroom while also living in the space. The common area is cozy, filled with many plants, a few pieces of furniture, and plenty of light from the windows. The loft is old, and some of the appliances are as well. The room is unfurnished, but the clothing rack shown in the photos is available for use if needed. Details: • Some storage space available • Bike rack available • Access to the rooftop • Laundry facilities in the building • Large elevator that can accommodate anything in one trip • Air conditioning and heating are in the bedroom Monthly bills (electricity, gas, internet, toilet paper, paper towels) are shared equally among three people. Depending on the season and usage, the bill ranges from $90 to $160 each. No pets, no couples, no students. A one-month deposit is required to move in. The room will be available starting November 2, not before. If the listing is still active, it means I have not yet found a tenant. Therefore, I will not respond to inquiries asking if the room is still available. Preferred tenant: someone with a full-time job who works outside the home and is genuinely comfortable with cats & cigarettes
