I have an upstairs bedroom in a 5 bed 3 bath house open for rent. Bedroom is approximately 145 square feet with large walk-in closet and 4 speed ceiling fan and adjustable light. Shared bathroom upstairs and may also use downstairs bath. Bedroom comes unfurnished (However, a Queen sized bed and desk fit easily). Available now. Looking for a single respectful housemate (coed, open to anyone), who is responsible, cleans up after him/herself, and has a stable source of income. No smoking and no drugs (420 included) allowed. Looking to add on to a good community of people that are friendly with each other and may hang out occasionally. Some driveway parking (3 spaces on first come first serve basis) and plenty of street parking available. Housemates: There are 4 people currently in the house (2 guys, 2 girls) with renting out all the rooms that would be a total of 5. All of us are vaccinated from Covid. A bit about me (Wesley): I'm a mid-30s guy and a bit of a nerd. I'm the owner/landlord and just moved out to another place in San Jose. I may stop by occasionally to hang out (messaging first) or if anything needs to be fixed. A bit about current housemates: (M): She works as an art therapist and really enjoys art, music and trampoline jumping. (S): He works as a substitute teacher. He enjoys movies, film and Cross Fit. (R): He works at the YMCA as a director of aquatics. (V): Works for an HOA property management company doing property management. She enjoys hanging out with friends, going to the beach, hiking, anything artistic, and traveling. We’re all chill and very friendly and we’ll occasionally have a BBQ, game night or other gathering.
