I am a working professional female with regular business schedule (mon-fri 7am-7pm), quiet, clean, organized, neat. Non-smoker, non-drug user, occasional drinker with friends outside but not at home. I am highly allergic to flowers, plants, scented candles, incense, perfume/cologne, potpourri, hair spray, unfinished wood furniture and the like. I love the arts and the outdoors. I am seeking only ONE single (not married) female for the room, someone who is responsible, considerate, and similar to me in terms of quiet, clean, and neat as well as non-smoker, non-drug user and alcohol consumption in moderation. Someone who prefers unscented things, such as aloe, olive oil, baking soda personal care products. Rent is $1,000.00 including utilities (water, garbage, electric).
