Our client, a transportation services company, is seeking Printing Administrative Support for a temporary 6-9 month assignment in Somerville, MA. This is a 100% in-office role Monday-Friday, pay is 18$/hr, offering free parking on site. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Job Responsibilities: Work on printing plans and software manuals Bind printed manuals and assemble documents into 3-ring binders Apply decals to binders and package manuals for distribution Handle high-volume, repetitive printing and packaging tasks Maintain accuracy and quality while processing thousands of queries Utilize spreadsheets and basic computer applications Ensure attention to detail in all tasks while following business casual guidelines Candidate Qualifications: Strong organizational and administrative skills Proficiency with spreadsheets and computer applications Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency Excellent attention to detail and quality control Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
