OBJECTIVE: The Restaurant Development Team is responsible for contributing to the successful training of new Eggslut locations along with providing the ongoing support required to maintain standards with all locations. The position is a part of Eggslut’s growth and development team. JOB TITLE: G y m n a s t i c s I n s t r u c t o r , R e c r e a t i o n Level P r o g r a m OBJECTIVE: To provide instruction to toddlers/children in the recreational gymnastics program that is consistent with the mission of Beverly Hills Gymnastics Center ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: 1. Reports to: Program Director, CFL 2. Directs: participants, parent/teacher communication, lesson direction GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Recreational Coach will teach programs for an ALL girls program. This may include programs for girls ages 2 years-teens. Together with Tots, Rollers and Twisters, and Super Tots, as well as instruction in USAG Levels 1-3. EXAMPLES OF WORK: 1. Plan and develop new gymnastics related programs and services. 2. Prepares lesson plans for recreational lessons in conjunction with the head instructor. 3. Attends meetings pertinent to his or her position. 4. Incorporate virtue and character education into all classes that are developmentally appropriate. 5.
