This position plays a key role in preparing and optimizing mailing lists for direct mail campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, postal compliance, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities: - Import, clean, and validate large customer data files for accuracy and completeness. - Perform NCOA (National Change of Address) and CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) updates, plus de-duplication to maintain clean, efficient lists. - Use mail processing software (such as BCC, AccuZIP, or similar) to generate mailing lists, presort data, and create postage statements. - Maintain compliance with all USPS regulations to qualify for postal discounts and ensure smooth delivery. - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, prepress) and external vendors to meet deadlines. - Perform quality control checks on data and mailing outputs prior to production. - Keep accurate records of all jobs, materials, and processing details.
