We specialize in foundation reinforcement, hillside stabilization, seismic retrofitting, and structural framing. We’re growing fast and seeking driven individuals to join our team as Structural Project Development Consultants. This is a commission-only role with high-quality, inbound leads. No cold calling. Top consultants earn $100K–$200K+, with our best performers exceeding $350,000 annually. Responsibilities: - Meet with pre-qualified leads (homeowners, contractors, real estate professionals). - Conduct on-site evaluations of foundations, hillsides, and structural framing. - Develop customized solutions within client budget and structural needs. - Present proposals and close high-value structural repair projects. - Coordinate with engineering, permitting, and production teams post-sale. - Maintain CRM records and follow up as needed. Qualifications: - Background in construction sales, inspections, or estimating (foundation/structural preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and results-driven. - Familiarity with structural systems or permitting (training provided). - Reliable transportation and valid CA driver’s license. - Able to access crawlspaces, slopes, or challenging job sites. We currently have about 4-6 doctor depositions per month that would need to be covered. Full time position may become available later for the right candidate.
