Summary: Working as part of the Manufacturing & Operations team and under the supervision of the Chief Batching Officer, the Batching Assistant will operate equipment that blends raw materials to create food and beverage products by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients to client specifications. As needed, the Batching Assistant will also cross-train as a Production Support to operate and/or assist with production lines, including but not limited to the high-speed canning/beverage production line, the bottle filling production line, powder flavor-making production line, and labeling line to create, produce and package products while working on a team. Responsibilities: • Assist, provides support, and/or carries out: Precisely stages kits and verifies physical ingredients to match the ingredients on batch sheets according to the product recipes. • Collaborate with Quality Compliance Technician on the analytical results and makes modifications or adjustments to the batches when needed (i.e. Brix, Acid, pH, color). • Ensure resulting mixture meets specified consistencies and requirements; Report any urgent quality, food safety incidents, or deviations immediately to Chief Batching Officer or Quality team for investigation and resolution. • Accurately weighing or measuring all ingredients per formulation. • Accurately documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations.
