Sanitation/Housekeeping/Utility Associate (West Asheville)

We are seeking a Sanitation/Housekeeping/Utility Associate for a local Food Manufacturer to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our growth, brand and reputation. This is a part time position with full-time potential Schedule: Day time hours (no nights), M-Thurs with a three day weekend! What you will do: Work with cleaning equipment such as pan washer, steam cleaner, and dry vac Coordinate cleaning and sanitation duties with team Following SOPs for cleaning and sanitizing bakery equipment Assist bakers in light duties Work with management to create more efficient systems What we're looking for: Previous experience cleaning in a warehouse environment helpful Familiarity of ware-washing equipment Dependable and willing to learn about baking Food Safety Training a PLUS A typical day may include dry/wet mopping production floor, scraping bun pans, cleaning bakery equipment, trash removal and bathroom cleaning.
