Well-established CNC sheet metal manufacturing firm seeking a production/assembly worker. POSITION SUMMARY: Hardware assembly with hand tools into parts across one or more production areas ensuring required standards of quality are met DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: • Demonstrate good hand and eye coordination with the ability to use both hands in installing small hardware pieces (screws/rivets) and insulation. • Optimize daily production and on-time delivery performance • Notifies Supervisor of problems which affect the production/quality of parts • Completes all assignments in a timely manner and procedures are followed. • Responsible for quality and quantity of products. • Works with limited or no supervision • Must have knowledge of material speeds and feeds, fixturing and tooling. REASONING ABILITIES: • Uses good judgment; seeks advice and help when necessary. • Must be able to distinguish between acceptable and non-acceptable parts. OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES: • High attention to quality while maintaining a high rate of productivity. • Can safely lift 50 pounds, standing/walking in relatively confined areas EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: • High School diploma or equivalent. • Must have two years of experience as an assembler Please send in your resume. This position would be a great opportunity for someone fresh out of school, or in the latter part of welding school or have on the job welding experience and would like to train and work in the heat exchanger industry. M-Th 7:00am-5:30pm with Friday OT $18.00-$20.00 ✔Tube Roller-Experience running a machine that rolls sheets of metal to create tubes for heat exchangers. Load sheet metal into the machine and unload finished product. Required to use overhead cranes when needed. Will be lifting up to 50lbs or move, bend stand and stoop down as required. $20.00-$23.00+ Depending on experience. ✔Shop Helper- Previous fabrication shop and/or assembly experience setting up heat exhangers. Assemble heat exchangers per prints, use overhead crane,tape measure, assemble fans, connect frame using all types of hand tools.These positions do require ability to bend, stand and stoop over the course of the day. Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed. Pay: $17.00 hourly Radial Arm Drill Operator -Previous experience running a radial arm drill, Will be required to set up and operate radial arm drill such as boring, reaming, and tapping placing holes into metal parts for heat exchangers. $20.00-$23.00 to start Hours: M-F 6:00am-2:30pm, Overtime as required!
