Oversee store operations, including sales, inventory, merchandising, and keeping the store sparkling clean. Recruit, train, and develop rockstar employees with a focus on product knowledge and growth. Boost store morale by fostering a fun, collaborative, and high-energy culture. Promote the store on social media to grow our brand and attract new customers. Handle customer service issues with professionalism and troubleshoot like a pro. Make smart business decisions that prioritize both staff and customers. What You Bring: 2–3 years of retail experience in a customer-facing sales role with proven leadership skills. A knack for coaching, giving feedback, and having tough performance conversations. Passion for developing people and building trust with staff and customers. Excellent communication and organizational skills to juggle tasks in a busy environment. Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) and ability to stand for 8-hour shifts. Comfort with occasional moderate lifting (10–25 lbs), bending, and reaching overhead. A positive, detail-oriented mindset with a drive to go above and beyond. Why Join Us?
