We are a busy and growing immigration law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system with compassion and excellence. We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and professional Administrative & Personal Assistant to provide both office-wide administrative support and direct assistance to the managing attorney. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of office management, client communication, and personalized executive support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: * Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner * Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries * Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and case managers * Handle mail, deliveries, and office supplies * Provide general administrative support to attorneys and case managers * Open, organize, and close client files; scan and maintain digital records * Manage and update information in the firm’s case management system * Assist in preparing immigration forms, correspondence, and letters as directed * Manage the attorney’s professional and personal calendar, appointments, and reminders * Prepare and maintain task lists, follow-ups, and project deadlines Qualifications * At least one full year of administrative experience in a law firm. * Bilingual proficiency in any foreign language. * Authorized to work in the US. * Available full-time. * Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. * Compassionate and professional communication with clients Why Join Our Firm: We offer a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment where professional growth is encouraged.
