Qualifications Verifiable experience in one or more of the following: Metal Framing: Layout, stud/track installation, soffits/ceilings, openings, and hardware. Plumbing: Rough-in/finish work, fixtures, water heaters, pressure tests, and code compliance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own basic tools for your trade (Metal Framing or Plumbing). Reliable transportation.
