Spray Room/Paint Technician-Woodworker (Albuquerque)

P&M Caseworks LLC is growing and we are looking to expand our team. We have work available for a variety of experience levels and encourage anyone who may be interested in learning the woodworking business to come talk to us. Job Duties/Responsibilities: PAINT AND STAIN TECHNICIANS-WOODWORKERS- SPRAY ROOM EXPERIENCE: • 2+ years of experience with emphasis on paint/stain and lacquer applications on wood. • Working knowledge of spray rigs and basic application requirements and maintenance techniques. • Basic knowledge of fabrication methods of cabinetry and countertops a plus! • Pay based on experience. OVERALL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS for ALL POSITIONS: • Must have own set of basic hand tools • Knowledge of AWI standards a plus. Will train. • The ability to read construction plans and drawings (Entry level will train) • Have a strong quality-related work ethic to minimize rework. • Keep work area and tools organized and clean. • Strong communication skills, reading, writing, speaking. • Smart phone for timecard documentation. • Work with a safety-oriented mindset. • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check.s • Must be physically able to lift and carry 75+ pounds. • A valid NM driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred. JOB TYPE: Full time • Holiday pay-6 days per year. • Personal Time off pay. • Work hours 7:00am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime requirements.
