We’re currently seeking full-time Service Technicians to join our Whatcom County team. While trade experience is valuable, we’re primarily looking for individuals who bring a strong work ethic, a team-first attitude, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do: • Perform routine and emergency service on dairy equipment, including vacuum and compressed air systems, robotics, and conventional milking automation, refrigeration, and wash systems • Install and troubleshoot milking systems and related components • Communicate with customers to assess service needs and deliver timely, professional support • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment What We’re Looking For: • Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid work ethic • Sharp problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn on the job • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Dairy or agricultural experience is helpful, but not required • Flexibility to work weekends or after-hours, split between the team to cover emergency calls • Bilingual abilities are a plus and valued in our customer service What We Offer: • Competitive hourly wage ($20–$45/hour depending on experience) • Full benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and Paid Time Off • Training and career growth opportunities • A supportive team culture and stable year-round work Join a team that takes pride in supporting local agriculture.
