What We’re Looking For: - Experience in vinyl application for signage, large-format graphics, or related industries. - Strong attention to detail to ensure clean, precise applications. - Ability to read and follow design specifications for sign layouts and installation. - Familiarity with sign-making tools and materials (plotters, lamination, transfer tape, etc.). - Ability to work with large vinyl graphics on various surfaces (acrylic, aluminum, PVC, glass). - Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with large signage components. - Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment. - Valid driver’s license (preferred). The Millwright is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various heavy equipment, machinery and trucks. The right candidate will have the ability to trouble shoot and repair basic to complex systems, as well as experience with basic welding repairs.  The primary duties are to complete all general maintenance and repair work as directed by the Team Leader or Manager. Basic welding repairs; should have knowledge of arc, wire and cutting techniques. Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime. Perform periodic maintenance routines to identify and correct mechanical defects before they fail. Maintain operations equipment to achieve optimal performance levels. Work with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in safety program.
