Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code. This position plays a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and teamwork on every job site. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing crews in the field. • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. • Plan work assignments to meet deadlines and project requirements. • Inspect ongoing and completed work to verify quality and accuracy. • Communicate effectively with builders and team members. • Provide technical support, leadership, and training to the team. • Manage materials, tools, and equipment logistics for each project. Qualifications: • Minimum 6 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
