Painters Needed (Greater Pierce co. Area)

Realfine Painting Co. is seeking 2 full time PAINTERS to work primarily in Pierce County with some work in King Co. We offer Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off Work shifts are Mon-Fri with occasional nights and weekend work. We are looking for good team members that consider being a professional painting a career and those desiring a painting career. Prevailing Wage jobs as available through the year. Full time work and reliable schedules. Requirements- Dependability, positive attitude, strong work ethic, cleanliness and pleasant demeanor. Ability to lift a 75 lb. ladder and haul 5-gallon paint buckets and other equipment. Not afraid of heights Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Qualified to work in US. Ability to pass drug test CERTIFIED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM AVAILABLE Apprenticeship Program- Minimum requirement-High School diploma or GED certificate Training provided through a 3-year State of Washington Certified Apprenticeship Program Apprentice Classes - one Friday/Saturday per month On the job training as well- earn as you learn Ability to increase pay based on hours and skill levels. After completing 3year Apprenticeship Course – receive your Journeyman’s card.
