Painter, experienced,, to repaint outside,house soundproof,windows, (South Burlington)

I am seeking someone who is very good at painting cutting in is very important ! I have new sound proof replacement windows put in my home. Unfortunately the outside of the new windows are white and need to be carefully scuffed with scotch, bright, and painted chocolate color. Each window has two windows instead of just one so the inside windows have to be taken out to paint the outside exposure to chocolate if you catch my meaning instead of two sliding windows, they’re doubled up for soundproofing. I have the paint for vinyl windows and I would want TWO COATS PUT ON! There is two options to painting the window facings! Paintbrush and paint OR Tape off the glass and Spray Paint ! This project should only take 3 to 4 days at the most !! because of the prep work and tension to detail.. I am a disabled USMC veteran. I generally do my own painting and painting has been in my family for decades, so I have 40yrs experience in painting for myself,, but unfortunately, I am too disabled to do this myself. I am looking for someone who is sincere honest with is morals! No bad habits please! Someone whopays attention to detail and does good work Hopefully some sort of references.
