Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead field crews and oversee daily production on commercial and public-works projects statewide. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of modern roofing systems, able to manage crews efficiently, maintain safety compliance, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to specification. Responsibilities Supervise roofing crews and daily field operations. Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics with project management. Enforce company safety standards and jobsite documentation. Interpret drawings, specifications, and manufacturer details. Communicate directly with project managers, inspectors, and owners. Maintain production schedules and quality control throughout each phase. Requirements Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience. Minimum 2 years as a foreman or lead man managing crews. Must be willing to travel statewide — projects vary by region. Ability to read plans/specifications and complete daily reports. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Compensation & Incentives Signing Bonus: Based on experience. Travel Incentives: Daily per diem, mileage or fuel card, hotel accommodations paid (as applicable). Project Completion Bonuses: Earn additional pay for each successfully completed project (as applicable). Complete Landscape Resources is seeking immediate hire of an experienced Irrigation Technician. We’re looking for a reliable team player who has knowledge of multiple types of commercial irrigation systems. We have unlimited growth potential for the right candidate. Specific roles and responsibilities include: • Experience installing backflows to existing irrigation systems. • Troubleshoot and Repair irrigation mainlines, valves, sprinkler heads, etc. Including digging, trenching etc. • Install new irrigation systems from start to finish, when needed. • Adjust and program various timers & clocks. • Recognize drainage deficiencies and problematic soils and provide solutions. • Properly mark and rope off any open holes or hazards to protect tenants from getting hurt. • Use required personal protective equipment necessary to perform the job. • Consistently provide excellent workmanship to avoid warranty issues. • Properly clean up all site work and make sure all equipment is removed from the site. • Solid knowledge of trenchers, multi-meters, wire locators, ditchers and pipe sizing are also essential. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Familiar with software to read and create site maps, colored charts/legends is a plus. REQUIREMENTS • A valid Driver’s License - you must drive company vehicles in a safe manner at all times and make sure that all equipment is stored and secured for transport to avoid damage or theft.
