This role is responsible for organizing and managing various projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: · Organize and oversee multiple job sites and project timelines · Submit and manage project budgets and financial documentation · Read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications · Communicate with sales representatives, superintendents, and other project managers · Draft and respond to professional correspondence via email · Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools for project tracking and documentation · Participate in occasional on-site meetings as needed Requirements: · Proven experience as a Project Manager (required) · Strong organizational and communication skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication · Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings · Comfortable with remote work, with flexibility for occasional site visits Preferred Qualifications: · Background or experience in the HVAC industry How to Apply: Please submit your resume for consideration.
