Asheville T-Shirt Company has an immediate opening for an experienced Screen Printer at our new location in Arden, NC. This position will be primarily on an M&R auto press, but manual press operators are also welcome. This position will also include catching shirts, offloading, and other general print shop duties as needed. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a production setting. We love our garage printers, but this position requires a top-tier level of attentional to detail. Our preferred Screen Printer will be energetic, organized, dependable and able to work independently. The qualified candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail. MUST be responsible, hard working, and have an exceptional attitude. REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2 full years of experience as a production screen printer working with a Manual presses. Automatic press knowledge highly desirable. - Have a strong knowledge of the screen printing process. - Able to communicate and work well with others. - Possess an ability for critical attention to detail, takes pride in quality of work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Read all instructions on work order specs. - Set up screens and tear down jobs - Conduct routine quality checks during run, ensure product meets quality standards. - Maintain a clean work area. - Maintain screen printing press in good working condition. House Painting company looking to hire one new painter with solid skills in cutting straight lines with a paint brush. This position is for someone who likes cutting lines with a brush, and who rarely makes mistakes. Your main job will be brush cutting the wall/ceiling line, without getting wall paint on the ceiling… and straightening the cut lines on baseboards and trim, to make everything pop.
