Responsibilities for handyman/maintenance technician: Performing a variety of home maintenance duties with complete technical and mechanical skill, including carpentry, gutter cleaning, light plumbing, light electrical, tiling, power washing, and painting. Following company instructions & protocols. Proactive recognition of client maintenance issues and bringing them to supervisor's attention. Clear communication with all team members and clients. Experience in maintenance or other related fields You must have your own basic tools and pass a background check. Fluent in English Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
