𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: We’re seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in delivering top-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems, while also having the ability to lead an installation crew when needed. 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems. • Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups according to manufacturer specifications. • Install new residential HVAC systems and components with precision and attention to detail. • Lead and support an installation crew as needed, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. • Accurately document service calls, equipment details, and job progress. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing system recommendations and explaining repairs or maintenance needs. • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and inventory of necessary tools and parts. • Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company policies. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service and installation experience. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or extreme temperatures. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
