Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running CNC routers for custom millwork, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently during off-peak hours. Schedule - Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Occasional flexibility for project deadlines Key Responsibilities - Set up, program, and operate CNC routers for custom woodwork and millwork parts - Review drawings, material specs, and cut lists to ensure accuracy before production - Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality output on all parts - Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues - Keep an organized and clean work area to ensure safety and efficiency Qualifications - 2+ years of CNC operating experience in a millwork, cabinetmaking, or woodworking shop - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and cut files - Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (RhinoCAM, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Commitment to maintaining safety standards Compensation & Benefits - Competitive hourly wage, based on experience - Opportunity to work in a high-end, design-driven shop environment - Potential for growth within the company

Roofing – Project Manager - Field Operations We are a well-established (40+ years) roofing contractor looking for a qualified Roofing - Project Manager Supervisor to join our team! We are licensed, bonded and insured, locally owned and operated. We are looking for someone to ensure roof installations are completed in a timely and high-quality manner through the recruitment, retention, and management of capable roof installation crews. Essential Duties: Extensive roofing knowledge and ability with steep and low slope Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Respond to the needs and concerns of customer and roof installation crews throughout the installation process - Manage and promote all aspects of project communications, including ordering materials, anticipate lead times for scheduling and manpower needs per project, daily progress updates, repairs and dispatching of crews. - Be the liaison between the customer and the roofing project leads - Approve additional roof work by onsite inspections for roof installation crews; approve additional costs if needed and communicate additions/changes with customer and office Ability to evaluate roofs for recommended repairs or replacement and estimate costs for labor and materials. - Complete hands-on roof measurements as required - Assist with the recruitment of new roof installation crews, and demonstrate our roof installation methods and requirements to new roof installation crews - Ensure our installation practices are up to date with industry standards - Facilitate the training of new roof installation crews and perform annual training refreshers with current roof installation crews - Inspect the work of new roof installations crews to ensure they meet our company standards - Evaluate the work of the roof installation crews and make necessary changes to methods or roof installations crews if they do not meet our service standards - Ensure jobs start on time, customer expectations are met or exceeded, and hours and materials are properly expended - Develop and use advanced planning skills for establishing maximum productivity of manpower, materials and equipment, etc. - Take ownership of any customer problems that arise before the sale, during installation and after job completion and follow the problem through to resolution - Comply with all safety policies and procedures, be an example, and support the company safety goals and objectives - Satisfy customers – making calls, taking calls, site visits as necessary - Work with other managers to resolve issues related to sales, installs, and measures - Assist with the resolution of escalated customer complaints - Work with production team to create scope of work and plan of action for unresolved issues, including materials and labor costs - Assist with communication between roof installation crews, customers, and office staff - Develop relationships with roof installation crews to encourage employee retention - Assist roof installation crews with completing the necessary Oversee crew leads – shop material & supplies, ensure ALL items are taken to jobsite with crew lead Safety – Coordinate all Safety training(s), documentation and field requirements for all ee’s • Review current policies and processes, provide recommendations and implement necessary changes • Create processes for appropriate fall protection/site specific safety documentation for each project both commercial and residential • Conduct weekly safety meetings and field site safety checks • Safety equipment Physical Requirements: • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb, and walk continuously throughout the day • Requires the ability to move about inside and outside the office and at offsite customer locations, with the ability to visit multiple locations in one day • Must be able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds Hours/Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year.
