Civil Estimator- Senior Level

This person will need as a minimum for this position: 1. Ability to read and understand blueprints 2. Ability to use Ground Rules software for takeoffs 3. Ability to use Bid 2 Win Software for estimates 4. Works as much as needed to ensure bid deliveries (Would include Saturdays) 5. Be able to meet and develop relationships with clients 6. Have reliable transportation 7. At least 5 years of experience 8. Please, no out of state resumes 9. Must have a proven track record of at least 10% win on your estimates. 10. Must be able to estimate utilities & earthwork projects
