You'll interact with trade professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike, ensuring their needs are met with precision. • Hands-On Metal Handling: Cut customer orders to specification using various metal cutting equipment, including band saws and hydraulic shears. • Material Movement: Safely operate a forklift to move and organize materials throughout the warehouse. • Receiving & Inventory Management: Receive, identify, record, and stock incoming materials while ensuring inventory accuracy. • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep of critical equipment (forklifts, saws, etc.) with a strong focus on health and safety. • Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations. • Deliver Customer Orders: Safe and on time delivery, ensuring products are received in perfect condition. • Material Pick Up: Efficiently transport materials from vendors to our facility. WHAT YOU BRING: We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate/Driver who demonstrates: • Excellent Customer Relationship Skills: Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport is essential. • Precision & Attention to Detail: Strong math skills and comfort with measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, etc.) is a must. • Physical Stamina: You must be physically able to frequently lift or move metal products weighing between 50-100lbs. • Safety Mindset: A commitment to health and safety protocols, ensuring every task is completed safely. • Skilled Labor Expertise: As a skilled worker, you’ll bring your knowledge and hands-on experience to a role that values precision, efficiency, and safety at every turn. • 2+ Years of Driving Experience: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Forklift experience is preferred.
